Recipe: Easy Camping One Pot Chili


  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (15 ounces) red kidney beans, undrained
  • 1 package McCormick Chili Seasoning Mix
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  1. Brown meat in pot over open flame. Drain fat.
  2. Stir in tomato sauce, beans and Seasoning Mix. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and onion. Serve with sour cream, if desired.
